This Privacy Policy explains how Mugen Holdings ("Mugen", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information in connection with this website and the applications and integrations we operate, including applications that connect to Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram (together, the "Services").

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us. If you contact us, we receive the details you send, such as your name, email address and message.
• Information from connected platforms. When you connect an account through Facebook Login or another Meta API, we receive the information covered by the permissions you approve. Depending on those permissions, this can include your name and account ID, the Pages, Instagram accounts and ad accounts you manage, posts, comments and messages, and insights and performance data.
• Access tokens. Connecting an account gives our application an access token that lets it act within the permissions you granted. We use access tokens only to provide the Services.
• Technical information. Our hosting and security providers process standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Services.
• To carry out the tasks you ask for, such as reviewing, summarizing, drafting and analyzing content, messages and performance data.
• To keep the Services secure and prevent misuse.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use data received from Meta platforms to build advertising profiles, and we do not share it with data brokers.

3. Artificial intelligence providers

Parts of the Services rely on third-party artificial intelligence providers to process information. These include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (including ChatGPT and Codex) and other companies that offer AI models and tools. When you use these features, the relevant content, messages, account data and instructions are sent to these providers so they can return a result.

These providers process the information under their own terms and privacy policies. We limit what we send to what a task requires.

4. Other sharing

• Service providers that host, store, secure or deliver the Services, such as cloud hosting, content delivery and email providers. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of Mugen, our users or others.
• Business transfers. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, or as long as the law requires. Access tokens are kept until they expire, you revoke them or you ask us to delete them. When we no longer need information, we delete or anonymize it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including restricted access and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

Our service providers, including AI providers, may process information in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

You can remove our application's access to your Facebook account at any time in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites.

9. Data deletion

To ask us to delete the data we hold about you, including data received from Facebook or Instagram:

1. Remove our application from your Facebook account in your Facebook settings, under Apps and websites.
2. Email us at the address below with the subject "Data deletion request", and tell us which account you connected.

We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we must keep certain information to meet a legal obligation.

10. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
