    CAN I CANCEL/EXCHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT'S PLACED?

     

    Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

     

    DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

     

    Any customs or import duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. To ensure there aren’t any surprise charges upon arrival to your country, you can contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.

     

    I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE

     

    Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalised purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

     

    Items verified to have been purchased directly from Mugen Holdings through this website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be fully sealed and in the original packaging. Items that have been opened will not be accepted for return or exchange. Items not purchased from our website and/or without valid proof of purchase will not be accepted for returns. All returns will be issued only for store credit.

    I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

     

    Please upload and send clear photo documentation of the defective product to us at mugen.lkg@gmail.com. Once submitted, we will review your request for approval. Once we have approved the defect you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email along with further instructions for returning the item. Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we will make sure you receive the high quality product that you expect every time from Mugen Holdings.

     

    RETURNS/ EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

     

    All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes.

     

    AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

     

    You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns.

     

    I SENT BACK MY RETURN/EXCHANGE AND I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING

     

    Rest assured, your return will be processed. To ensure a fast turn-around time on returns and exchanges, please do not email more than once regarding the same inquiry. Please also be sure to get a tracking number when shipping items back to us. You can refer to the tracking number to check the status of the shipment. Upon being returned to our facility, we will typically process your return within 2-3 business days.

     

    I WAS SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT

     

    We are sorry for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at mugen.lkg@gmail.com to notify us of the mix up. Please make sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received. We will then send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, mugen-holdings.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.     Orders

     

    Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed. 

    Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct. 

    Mugen Holdings is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS (or applicable shipment company) is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo said delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages. 

    All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once delivery company responds to your claim we will be able to take further proper actions to resolve any issues. Until then, your kind patience is much appreciated as we work with our shippers. 

    Filing a claim does not guarantee that you will be either partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.

     

    Shipping

     

    Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account. 

    Mugen Holdings is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.

     

    Domestic orders/shipping

     

    Orders are generally received within 7-10 business days after date of fulfilment. 

    Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, or depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.

     

    International orders/shipping

     

    Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country. 

    Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.

    Returns

     

    Items fully verified to have been purchased directly from Mugen Holdings through this website may be returned for store credit only. All return requests must submitted within 30 days of purchase. Each item must be in the original case/packaging, unopened and untampered with. Mugen Holdings will not issue any refunds on returned products. 

    You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If your item is defective, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return to be processed dependent on the volume of returns at that time. Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

    Store credits are issued with a code that will be emailed to the email address associated with the order. We are not able to accept returns for products not purchased directly through our website for any reason. All items purchased through our website must be returned directly through Mugen Holdings. Outside retailers will not accept products that were not purchased at their location.

     

    Discount Codes

     

    All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. 

    For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted. 

    Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.

     

    Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

     

    International exchange rates are implemented. 

    Exchange rates fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market 

    Sales

     

    All sale items are final sale only. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on sale items. 

    Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale. Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
